By responding to this email, signing up for update emails and/or placing an order with Moadim Lsimcha PHX, you agree that all decisions financial and otherwise made by the Moadim L'simcha PHX staff are final and will be abided by. Shailos will be asked to a competent Rabbi of Moadim L'simcha PHX's choice. Those who receive the Moadim L'simcha PHX emails agree not to share them with those who did not without explicit permission fromMoadim Lsimcha PHX. Those who receive the Moadim L'simcha PHX emails agree not to order for those not on the mailing list. (This is to ensure that this project is a success and to keep things moving smoothly). It is understood that one who orders from Moadim Lsimcha PHX will do the most possible to assist in making this project a success. This may include but is not limited to: Assisting with unloading, sorting, distributing, sponsoring Gatorade for all the helpers, lookingbusy while doing nothing, etc. All personal items including but not limited to pens, jackets and/or children will become hefker if not claimed at the end of thedistribution. Those who receive the Moadim L'simcha PHX emails agree that they are solely responsible to pick up, check over and recheck their order at the times given by Moadim L'simcha PHX. Oh, also, those who receive the Moadim L'simcha PHX emails agree that they will pay for their entire order at the time of pickup. Items may be substituted with similar items as deemed necessary by Moadim Lsimcha. All discrepancies or miscalculation are to be reported within 24 hours of distribution. Any issues reported after 24 hours may not be adjusted. Lack of communication during this time period, acknowledges your full mechila. By ordering you agree that you will not claim any monetary claims against Moadim Lsimcha PHX and its affiliates. The Moadim L'simcha PHX staff is entitled to pay, compensate, reimburse, gift, show gratitude and assist workers, volunteers and staff as they see needed to make the project a success. All remaining funds and products become the sole property of Moadim Lsimcha PHX and/or its organizers. They will be allotted as seen fit by Moadim Lsimcha PHX and/or its organizers. Those who receive the Moadim L'simcha PHX emails agree that they will abide by all rules and directions set forth by the national Moadim L'simcha office. This includes not selling or reselling any items or using them for business purposes. Cases may be split with others who have placed Moadim Lsimcha PHX orders. Any oversights, miscalculations, mistakes, switches, changes and\or omissions whether in judgment or financial on Moadim Lsimcha PHX's part are granted full mechila by the one placing the order. Infraction of any of the terms will result in removal from the program.
